Dr. Monica Turenne earned her DVM from Michigan State University in 1999 and her certification in veterinary acupuncture in 2005. Dr. Turenne practice integrative veterinary medicine, bringing the best of both Eastern and Western medicine to her patients to help them live longer and happier lives. Dr. Turenne is also passionate about Animal Hospice and In-home euthanasia and has grown this aspect of her practice significantly. She became certified in Thanatology, the study of death and most recently became a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Veterinarian. This Certification gives Dr. Turenne unique training, perspective and understanding about how to help dying pets and their families. Dr. Turenne incorporates acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, Reiki, muscle testing, glandular therapy, Essential Oils, and Bach Flower Remedies into her practice with her hospice and euthanasia patients.
Veterinary House Call Services
There’s no place like home. You, your home and the other members of your family are pretty much your pet’s entire universe. Your pets spend the majority of their lives in your home, so why not have our friendly staff come to you? Many pets can become overwhelmed and agitated in a traditional clinic setting. We have found that both dogs and cats are much more relaxed with our house call visits while surrounded by the comforts of home.

Giuliana earned her BS in Environmental Biology from St. Mary's College of California, followed by her Registered Veterinary Technician license. She has been working in the veterinary field for over 15 years and is always looking to learn something new. Giuliana's veterinary interests include client education, hospice, preventative medicine, and physical therapy. In her free time, she enjoys baking, crocheting, gardening, taking walks with her husband, daughter, and spaniel mix, Brando, plus relaxing with her two cats, Mia and Pericles.
Giuliana moved to California to be closer to family, but is still very involved in Four Paws Veterinary Wellness. Thanks to modern technology she continues to be a valuable member of Four Paws Veterinary Wellness.
Annie has 8 years experience working in the animal field, including working at an animal shelter. Annie's animal interests include behavior training, hospice, adoption training, technician training, health and wellness. In her free time she is going to school to finish her degree in project management, practicing yoga, going up north and spending time with family and friends. Annie lives in the Novi area with her husband, son, and dog, Teva.
Leslie has been working in the veterinary field for 16 years. She has experience in various fields of veterinary medicine including: general medicine, canine reproduction, exotic animals, and emergency. She is excited to learn more about holistic and hospice care. She lives in Manchester with her 5 year old daughter, 1 year old Rottweiler, 3 cats, snake and 3 horses. Together they enjoy being outside; camping, hiking and horse back riding to name a few. Currently Leslie is enrolled in WCCs Nursing Program but is very happy to continue working with animals and their owners while she continues her education.
